I know what you are probably thinking… oh my gosh, another blogger talking about the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. But I promise you this is my last one and come on the sale was AMAZING. I am just going to recap what I actually bought and include some pictures of me wearing them for you! So, sit back and enjoy seeing what I got…
White & Grey V-Neck- $15
There is a good reason EVERY and I mean every blogger was talking about this tee. I waited and waited for it to be restocked because I knew I had to have it. I have fallen in love with this shirt. First, the shirts are nice and soft. The V is a pretty harsh one, but it’s not too crazy! I love that this shirt has a split on the side and the pocket. These are cute little features of the shirt. Also, you can never have too many staples in your closet. I build most of my outfits from staple pieces, and these tees are great for that. I got these in an extra small since they are pretty flowy. This is from the brand Lush.
Blue V-Neck Cutout- $17
I ordered this within the last few days of the sale. I saw so many bloggers talking about this shirt. I finally caved and gave in and got it. I did pick this up in a small in the “denim” color, and the brand is Socialiate. I love how deep the V is but the choker balances it all out.
Olive Long Sleeve Pocket Tee- $19
This is another one of those shirts that everyone was talking about. Sadly, it was so popular I could not pick it up in the other two colors I wanted, but it’s all good! I did get to pick it up in this gorgeous olive color, and this is such a great color for the fall as well. I love how this shirt is super light and flowy. I picked it up in a size small, and I could have honestly gotten it in an extra small. It is also from one of my favorite brands, BP.
BP Leopard Scarf- $12
I love the leopard print of this scarf! It is going to look gorgeous in the fall. It is a lightweight scarf that has a lot of body to it. This is a great accessory that can dress up any basic outfit. It feels very full but does not have any structure. I am so excited to wear this for fall and winter! And who can say no to such a cute scarf for only $12. Added bonus it’s from BP.
Zella High Wasted Leggings- $35
These are the BEST leggings that I have ever had. I was so excited to give these a try. I ordered a pair when the sale went public and then ordered another pair because I loved them that much. I have to say I like these leggings a little better than Lulu’s. I picked them up in a size extra small, and I was a little worried they might be short on me since I am 5’9 but luckily they weren’t! This is probably my favorite pick up from the sale. Oh and I almost forgot to mention that they are high waisted, not see through, and make your booty look good! I honestly cannot get enough of these leggings. I will definitely be living in them come winter time.
Tie Throw- $25
This blanket is the softest and coziest throw I have ever had. I turn my AC on and fans just because I want to be cold enough to wrap myself in this. I wish they made a comforter that was this soft. I just want to be wrapped in this blanket for the rest of my life. I should have bought like 100 more of these. The ties on this make it adorable, and I picked it up in the “Grey Frost” color and it is this dark charcoal gray and it matches my color scheme in my condo beautifully. Can be seen in the featured image of this post.
All in all, I have to say that my experience this year with the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale was a success. I wish I could have picked up a few more items but it is all good (maybe next year)! I like to stock up on some basic pieces while they are on sale. Nordstrom’s is becoming one of my favorite stores to shop at. Do you want to know the best part of it? Nordstrom’s has the best return policy ever! So if they are all out of your size you can always pick it up in a larger size and go back to get it in the right size. Ugh, I am just so obsessed with Nordstrom’s! Hope you enjoyed finding out what I bought from the sale.
